Selling an F30 privately

Some advice would be appreciated. My M4 convertible is due early Sept and I will need to sell my lovely 320i xdrive msport auto EBII before that. I bought it new 2 years ago and it literally has all the spec (HUD, Vis pack, Safety Pack, HK, Surround etc). Mileage only 13k.

It is showing a service in 3400 miles and also will need 2 new front tyres about that time (depth currently around 3.5mm). I have the service pack but I would still have to pay for brake pads. My question is:

1. Has anyone had to replace the fronts tyres, 19" Pzero RFTs are around £250 ish I think?

2. What have people paid for pads etc on 1st service?

3. Anyone hired a car for a couple of months before getting a car? I would think it cost around £300/month but might be well out.

The car is only worth around £21-22k trade in, been offered 21.5 for Sept, (don't get me started on depreciation), privately no more than £24-25k but I think it is worth selling it June/July to a prestige non BMW type dealer and saving the money on the other work.

I might be wrong but I would think most people looking at used f30s might want to spend their money at a dealer.

Thanks for your help.
