Stranded in Bethesda. Anybody have spare I can use

Long story short I have a flat or a bent wheel and stuck in Bethesda near NIH and tire won't inflate and basically screwed. Anybody have a spare front wheel and tire mounted I can use for a couple of days while I sort this out and get replacement warranty tires. I am willing to pay to borrow them. So screwed going to get towed out otherwise and get bent over for a new wheel.
