Removing chrome window trim, installing shadowline??

I have a full set of OEM shadowline trim for my e90. My e90 currently has the chrome trim.



Questions:



1. Anyone have a DIY for removing the OEM chrome trim?



2. Is there anyway of salvaging the chrome trim or is that next to impossible?
